Francis Hoogewerf is known as one of the best connected men in Luxembourg. He is a founding member of the Luxembourg-Russian Business Chamber, the Chinese-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg and the most exclusive club „Cercle Munster“.
