This year's Diplomatic Council (DC) Summer Celebration with Japan as partner country will take place on August 28.

The Japanese Consul General H.E. Shinichi Asazuma will give the keynote speech. The stylish setting will be the stately Villa Bonn in Frankfurt am Main with its unique ambience. Participants can expect a top-class program in a relaxed atmosphere with delicious food and refreshing drinks in an exclusive social setting with good-humoured people for high-level discussions.

Procedure:

We start our celebration from 18:30 with a champagne reception and small snacks.

Afterwards: Lecture, speeches and awards

Followed by a summer buffet on the beautiful garden terrace or in the exclusive dining room of the villa, depending on the weather.

Food and drink including champagne reception, table drinks (wine, beer, water, coffee), gin cocktails and all starters, main courses and desserts are included in the participation fee of 70 euros for DC members (and life partners) and 90 euros for guests (until 10 p.m.). For those who want to linger longer, the bar is open on their own account.

Despite its city center location, Villa Bonn has plenty of parking spaces (free of charge). For "latecomers" who cannot find a parking space there, the Palmengarten parking garage is in the immediate vicinity.
