Let’s Talk About Europe – Space security and hybrid threats
In our panel discussion in English, Jochen M. Richter (co-editor of the book ‘Space Security’, member of EUL and Diplomatic Council) will discuss with Prof. Anna-Lena Högenauer (University of Luxembourg), Rafal Hykawy (chargé d’affaires a.i. at the Embassy of Poland, invited) and Nicolas Zharov (President of LUkraine a.s.b.l.) as well as with the audience.
