Diplomatic Council PIN OF HONOUR
The Importance of Wearing the Diplomatic Council Pin of Honor

Most of the Diplomatic Council members wear their Diplomatic Council Pin of Honor every day on the lapel of their suit. This is because we are proud to be a Diplomatic Council Member. Anywhere we go, people will see the pin and know who we are. Other Diplomatic Council members will see it and know that we are friends, and people who are not with the Diplomatic Council will see it as well. We want to be sure that all of them also understand the meaning of this pin.

This is why we all not just wear your Diplomatic Council pin, but also raise awareness of what the pin means. Having that pin on your lapel changes you. It makes you think more before you speak and before you act. It makes you remember, all the time, that you are a Diplomatic Council member and what our core values are: trust, diplomacy and peace.

All of us should be ready to talk about the Diplomatic Council. When someone asks you about that pin, you should be ready to answer them. What is the Diplomatic Council? What does the Diplomatic Council do? These are questions that each of us should always be prepared to answer.

We cannot go to prospective members and ask them to join the Diplomatic Council only because we want more members. We have to show them that the Diplomatic Council is a wonderful organization, and that they will be happier and more successful because they belong to the Diplomatic Council.

When we ask people to join the Diplomatic Council we are doing this to help them as well. All of us are grateful to the person who asked us to join. Our life is much happier, and has been much more productive, because of the Diplomatic Council. It is clear that the day we joined the Diplomatic Council was a day when we took a first step down a different path in life – a path of greater connection, greater satisfaction, and a deeper sense of fulfillment and peace.

This is a feeling that we should share with others. One way to do so is through bringing in new trustworthy members who share our vision and values. But we must also do it by raising awareness of the Diplomatic Council and the Diplomatic Council’s work, by focusing on our public image and wearing our Diplomatic Council pins every day.
